Meet your Personal Trainer
With 20 years of lacrosse experience at the Jr. A, NCAA, and Sr. A levels, I am an NSCA, CPPS Certified, and Precision Level 1 Nutrition Certified. My passion for strength and conditioning began in 2013 when I sustained a knee injury, which has since driven me to learn more about the human body and how to make it as strong and resilient as possible. In addition to personal training, I also compete in Brazilian Jiu–Jitsu, play lacrosse, and go hiking.
He has helped me make changes in my thinking about health and fitness which will continue to benefit me for years to come.
Jake brings his encouragement and expertise to every session. Training with him is one of my favorite parts of my week.
