Meet your Personal Trainer

With 20 years of lacrosse experience at the Jr. A, NCAA, and Sr. A levels, I am an NSCA, CPPS Certified, and Precision Level 1 Nutrition Certified. My passion for strength and conditioning began in 2013 when I sustained a knee injury, which has since driven me to learn more about the human body and how to make it as strong and resilient as possible. In addition to personal training, I also compete in Brazilian JiuJitsu, play lacrosse, and go hiking.

After an accident and being immobile for along period, Jake was able to resort my inner strength and body strength. Jake was exactly what I needed after a 4 year Covid Layoff from the Gym.
