Meet Coach Jake

I established myself as the go-to personal trainer in Langley, BC, and I now operate out of Kamloops, BC, while working with clients internationally. My passion for fitness came from overcoming the injuries and pain I dealt with during 20 years of playing high-level lacrosse. These experiences led me to the gym, where I was able to rehabilitate my body. That process inspired me to help others through the proven training systems I’ve developed.
Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals of all ages and abilities, from youth involved with the BC Autism Foundation to seniors in their 80s. I’ve worked with clients who have faced serious medical challenges, such as double lung transplants, MS, vertigo, arthritis, and scoliosis, helping them achieve progress they didn’t think was possible.

Jake's personal gym in Kamloops has a variety of equipment that you will ever need for a fun and challenging workout. In a short amount of time, he has helped me get stronger in my yoga practice by designing the exercises to meet my unique needs. His workouts are so creative.
