JAKE RICHARDSON
With 20 years of lacrosse experience at the Jr. A, NCAA, and Sr. A levels, I am an NSCA, CPPS Certified, and Precision Level 1 Nutrition Certified. My passion for strength and conditioning began in 2013 when I sustained a knee injury, which has since driven me to learn more about the human body and how to make it as strong and resilient as possible. In addition to personal training, I also compete in Brazilian Jiu–Jitsu, play lacrosse, and go hiking.

What is Remote Personal Training?
Remote personal training is like having a personal trainer without having to go to the gym. You can do your workouts at home or wherever you want, and you don‘t have to pay for an expensive in–person trainer. Instead, you get access to an expert personal trainer who will give you custom fitness programming and help you reach your goals.

How Does Remote Training Work?
My clients can access their customized workout programs through the Volt Athletics application. This app not only guides them through their workouts, but also tracks their progress. Plus, it provides exercise demonstrations to help them get the most out of each session. I use Volt Athletics for my own workouts and highly recommend it.

Sign up now to get started with your personal trainer journey! Simply fill out the form below to select the package you‘re interested in and I‘ll be in touch within 24 hours to book an introduction call and begin your journey.
Setup
After our conversation, I will create a personalized program for you. You will receive an email with instructions to sign up for the application and access your customized workouts for the next 4 weeks.

You may cancel this agreement prior to the commencement of the next monthly or twelve-week term only if you provide a medical note from your doctor stating that you can no longer exercise for specific health reasons.
If you aren’t seeing any results, odds are you need to give it a few more weeks as results do take sometime. However if you aren’t already seeing me in person, I would recommend booking a few sessions with me. This way I can make adjustments to your training and technique to ensure you are getting the most out of your workouts.
No equipment? No problem, I can design a fully customized and killer workout you can do with just your body weight.
Absolutely, remote team training is becoming more popular, as athletes have their own schedule. I can provide your team with position specific workouts, that your athletes can complete with the equipment they have access to.
Absolutely, I actually recommend that couples join together. It’s a great way to bond and push each other, I work with several couples and they love it. Even with different goals and needs, both people are able to get a productive workout in, together.
