Hybrid Training
combines remote training with in-person coaching. You’ll follow a customized workout plan on your own, with two private training sessions each month to refine technique, make smart adjustments, and ensure you’re progressing safely and efficiently.
Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST)

is delivered through a custom program accessed via an app, allowing you to train at your own gym or at home. You’ll follow structured workouts designed around your goals, with regular check-ins and ongoing adjustments to ensure continued progress as your body adapts.

One-on-One Personal Training
This is private training in my gym. Just you and me. No one else watching. No waiting for equipment.
We start with where you are right now. Maybe you haven’t worked out in years. Maybe you’re dealing with knee pain or a bad back. Maybe you just don’t know what you’re doing. I’ll build a program that fits your body and your goals.
Sessions are two to three times per week. We focus on building real strength, improving how you move, and making sure you can do this long-term without getting hurt.
Hybrid Training Programs
Hybrid training is the best of both worlds. You get custom programming to follow at your gym, plus two private sessions per month at my facility.
This works well for people who want the structure of a solid program but also want regular check-ins to make sure they’re doing things right. It’s also more affordable than full private training while still giving you hands-on coaching.

Strength training is one of the best things you can do for your body. It builds muscle, burns fat, strengthens your bones, and improves your metabolism.
This matters even more during perimenopause and menopause. As estrogen drops, you naturally lose muscle mass and bone density. Strength training counteracts this. It helps manage weight changes, supports bone health, improves sleep quality, and maintains the metabolism you had before menopause started changing things.
You won’t get bulky. That’s a myth. What you will get is stronger, more confident, and more capable in your everyday life—no matter what stage you’re in.
Postpartum Fitness Training
Getting back into shape after having a baby is hard. Your body has changed. You’re tired. You don’t have much time.
I work with new moms to rebuild strength safely. We focus on your core, your pelvic floor, and getting you moving without pain. No rush. No pressure. Just steady progress.
Beginner-Friendly Training Programs
If you’ve never trained before, that’s fine. Most of my clients start as beginners.
I’ll teach you everything you need to know. How to move properly. How to lift safely. How to build strength without getting hurt.
Fitness and Training Programs
Full-body strength training builds real muscle, burns fat, and makes you more capable in everyday life. We use compound movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. You'll train two to three times per week. Each session challenges you without leaving you too sore to move.
Build the Base is my four-week program for people who are new to training or getting back into it after time off. We focus on movement quality first. Learning how to squat, hinge, and press properly. Once you have the foundation, everything else gets easier.
Isometric training is where you hold a position under tension without moving. Think planks or wall sits. This type of training builds stability, fixes imbalances, and works around pain. If something hurts when you move, we can often train it without pain using isometrics.
Your hips are the engine of your body. If they're not working right, everything else suffers. Strong hips mean healthier knees, a healthier back, and better movement overall. We use exercises like hip thrusts, deadlifts, and lunges to build hip strength.
Most of my clients train with me once or twice a week. This isn't a quick fix or a 6-week challenge. It's sustainable, long-term fitness. One or two sessions per week gives you enough structure to stay consistent without burning out. We focus on building strength progressively, improving your movement quality, and making real changes that stick. Between sessions, you'll know exactly what to do on your own. I give you simple guidance for staying active without needing a full program. This approach works for busy schedules, real life, and people who want results without living in a gym.

First we reset tight tissue and stiff joints using FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy), improving range of motion and joint function. Then we reinforce that change with strength training tailored to your body and goals—so the new mobility actually sticks. I help clients build better eating habits that actually stick. No meal plans. No cutting out entire food groups. Just practical advice on how to eat in a way that supports your training.
Most people know what they should be eating. The problem is consistency. That’s what I help you with.

Weight loss comes down to being in a calorie deficit over time. But how you get there matters.
I help clients lose weight without feeling miserable. That means eating enough protein, eating foods that keep you full, and having a plan that doesn’t require perfection.

Online Training Programs
If you can’t train with me in person, I offer remote programming. You get a customized workout plan delivered through an app.
We check in regularly. I adjust things based on how you’re progressing. It’s a good option if you already know how to train and just need a solid plan.
Remote training works well for people who travel, live outside Kamloops, or prefer to train on their own schedule.

Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST)
I’m a certified Fascia Stretch Therapist. FST is assisted stretching that focuses on the connective tissue around your muscles.
It’s more effective than regular stretching and helps improve mobility faster. A lot of clients combine stretch therapy with training to recover faster and move better.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. We work through your whole body, focusing on areas that are tight or restricted. You’ll notice improvements in how you move right away.
