What's Included in Your Sessions
Every session at JR Training Systems is built around your specific needs. We start with a good look at where you’re at right now. Your movement quality. Your strength levels. Any pain or issues you’re dealing with. What you’re trying to achieve.
From there, I design a program that fits your actual starting point. Not some cookie-cutter template.
Sessions run 60 minutes. That gives us time to warm up properly, do the main work, and finish with mobility or recovery work if you need it. You’re not rushed. We’re not wasting time either.
Programming That Changes with You
This program changes with you so you never plateau. If something isn’t working, we adjust it. If you’re dealing with extra stress, bad sleep, or getting over being sick, we change the session to match.
This isn’t about pushing through no matter what. It’s about training smart so you can keep going for months and years, not just a few weeks.
I start with basic movement patterns. Most people need to relearn how to move well before adding weight or intensity. Once those patterns are solid, we build strength, conditioning, and sport-specific skills on top of that foundation.
Easy to Schedule
Sessions are available morning, afternoon, or evening. Whatever works for your life. Because it’s a private facility, we have more flexibility than typical Kamloops gyms with packed schedules or set class times.

I’m certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (CPPS), Precision Nutrition Level 1, and FST Level 2. But honestly, what matters more is that I’ve spent nearly a decade figuring out how to help people who are new to training or dealing with pain actually make progress.
