This family of three had a hectic lifestyle with bad habits and wasn’t prioritizing their health until they started training together. A year in, it’s become a shared routine they look forward to — two days a week where they actually see each other. Their daughter Gabby joins in too, and the gym has felt like a welcoming space for the whole family.
Jon is an arborist who hikes and kayaks in his spare time. He’s been on and off with fitness and needed help building consistent habits. What stood out for him was how the training got tailored to his actual life — specific work on strength for his job and exercises tied to hiking — rather than just generic “get in shape” goals.
Lisa works in finance and came in with tight hips and shoulders from a few hard workouts and long walks. The session focused on her front and back arm lines, deep front line (hip flexors, groin), and spiral line — which connects the hips and shoulders. Coming out of it she described feeling “floaty” and lighter, with better posture and a clearer head. She noted it was great for centering her mentally as well as physically.
Peter is a VP at Summit Helicopters and dad of two who trains twice a week mainly for the structure — just show up, no thinking required. After 4-5 months he’s stronger, less sore, more energetic, and surprised by how fast his muscle mass returned at 44. His body feels young again.
