Since 2015, JR Training Systems has offered private fitness programs for every goal and every experience level. I work with clients from age 8 to their 90s in Kamloops’ only private gym facility. No crowds, no waiting for equipment, no distractions.

Strength Training

Every strength program starts with foundational movements: squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. From there, I build a progressive plan that matches your current ability and where you want to go. I train complete beginners who have never touched a barbell and experienced lifters who want structured programming.

Athletic Performance Training

Physiotherapy gets you out of pain. My post-rehab programs get you back to full activity. I bridge the gap between your last physio appointment and returning to the gym, the trail, or your sport with safe, progressive programming.

I coordinate with Kamloops physiotherapy clinics to make sure your training plan aligns with your recovery timeline.

Senior Fitness Training

For adults 55 and older, staying strong is about staying independent. My senior fitness programs use joint-friendly exercises that improve balance, prevent falls, and build functional strength for daily life. Every exercise is modified to your ability and any existing conditions.

Post-Rehab Fitness Training

My mobility and injury prevention programs include movement assessments, flexibility training, and corrective exercise. I also offer Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), a hands-on stretching technique where most clients see noticeable improvements within three sessions.
